Shipping & Carriage Terms
Standard terms of carriage, delivery attempt rules, weight limits, and liability terms.
1. Scope of Carriage
These conditions govern all consignments accepted by STS Wasel for domestic last-mile delivery, freight linehaul, and warehousing within Saudi Arabia.
2. Delivery Attempts & Storage
STS Wasel will make up to three (3) delivery attempts per consignment. If the recipient remains unreachable or refuses receipt, the parcel will be held at the destination hub for up to 5 business days before initiating return to origin.
3. Proof of Delivery (e-POD)
Delivery is completed upon capture of recipient digital signature, recipient OTP confirmation, or courier photographic verification at the designated delivery address.
4. Claims & Liability
Claims for damage or shortage must be filed within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence and the original waybill reference number.
